Warm Up Single is a single hangboard from the WARM UP DUO set. Designed for people who need an hangboard for warming up or training with one hand e.g. with suspended weight.

The board have a quick crimp switch system first introduced in our WARM UP hangboard and a spacer that can further change the depth of the crimp. The spacer is fitted with a spring-like mechanism that prevents it from accidentally falling out.
